No. The contractor network is free to apply. Once leads start flowing, we charge a per-qualified-lead fee — never a monthly subscription or annual contract.

How are leads qualified?

Every homeowner goes through our calculator before submitting. We capture their state, project type, scope, budget range, and timeline. You only see leads that match your project types and service area.

How exclusive are the leads?

Each lead is shared with a maximum of 3 verified contractors. No race-to-the-bottom 7-way bidding wars.

What if I'm not licensed?

We require an active license in every state that requires one. Apply anyway — we'll let you know if your state-license info doesn't check out.
